This Privacy and Security Statement (“Statement”) applies to all users of GoGood, a mobile and web application (the “Product”) operated by Our Common Foundation, doing business as GoGood (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Our Common Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Boulder, Colorado. This Statement informs users about our privacy, security, content ownership, and data usage practices. By using the Product, you agree to the terms of this Statement.
2. Commitment to Privacy and Security
GoGood is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users. We do not sell, lease, or trade user information to third parties. We take all reasonable measures to safeguard user information, including encryption, firewalls, and secure data storage protocols.
While we strive to protect your personal information, security measures are only partially foolproof. GoGood is not responsible for unauthorized access to user data resulting from factors beyond our control, such as hacking or other malicious attacks.

Ownership and Responsibility for Uploaded Content
- User Ownership and Rights: You retain full ownership of all User Content you upload, post, or submit through the Product. By submitting User Content, you grant GoGood a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Product.
- User Representations and Warranties: By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the sole owner of the content or have obtained all necessary permissions and rights to upload and share the content through the Product.
- The content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
- You agree to indemnify and hold GoGood harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from any legal disputes related to your User Content.
- Modification and Editing of User Content: We may edit or modify User Content to ensure it aligns with the Product’s editorial standards. We will strive to preserve the integrity and meaning of your content, but we may adjust it to meet platform guidelines or to improve clarity.
- Perpetual Personal Use Rights for Edited Content: GoGood grants users a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, share, and display edited versions of their User Content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Users may not sell, license, or reproduce edited content for commercial purposes without written permission from GoGood.
5. Data Security: We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards include data encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, regular security audits, and secure storage systems. However, please note that security systems are only partially impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. In the event of a data breach, we will notify you as required by law and take all necessary actions to mitigate the impact.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Your continued use of the Product after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the updated Statement.
